SELF-SERVICE HELP

Understand a check.

What is monitored?

Each saved URL is one page. We check its HTTP status and its initial HTML title every hour, following up to two HTTPS redirects. We do not run browser JavaScript, crawl every link or test forms. A temporary failure is retried twice before an alert can be confirmed.

A page returned 404

Open the exact saved URL. Restore the page, add the intended redirect, or remove the outdated URL from your dashboard.

A title is missing

Add a non-empty title element in the page's HTML head. Check the HTML returned by the server; a title added only by JavaScript may not be visible to this monitor.

A check is unavailable

The check could not complete. Possible causes include DNS, firewall rules, TLS, redirects or an oversized HTML head. This message does not prove your website is offline.

Certificate expiry

Daily certificate expiry monitoring is not yet enabled. Once configured, a separate daily certificate probe will verify the TLS connection and report the observed expiry date. Data older than 48 hours is marked unknown. Different servers behind a hostname can present different certificates; this is a sampled observation, not a complete certificate inventory.

Alerts and email limits

Persistent issues generate at most one email per page and issue each UTC day. Delivery failures remain visible in the dashboard. The beta has a global email budget; an alert may be delayed when that budget is exhausted.

Launch status

New subscriptions are not open yet. Existing provisioned accounts can sign in. The billing information below describes how subscriptions will work once purchasing is enabled.

Access and cancellation

Sign in using your checkout email. Your receipt includes Lemon Squeezy's billing management link. Cancellation stops paid monitoring immediately. Existing results remain available while retained. Additional active subscriptions on the same account keep the account active.

Capacity

This free-tier beta allows five page URLs per account and twenty URLs across the whole deployment. Data retention is seven days for crawl results and thirty days for alert history.

Customer assistance

Use these guides and your dashboard for product support. For billing, use the customer portal linked from your receipt. There are no live chat or phone support channels.
